Frequently Asked Questions
What is rake?
What is rakeback?
Rakeback is the money refunded to poker players. As an incentive to sign up, each poker room returns a percentage of the rake that is taken, which usually ranges between 25-40%.
Ex: You play at Doyle’s Room and generate $2000 in rake in January.
$2000 x 33% = $660
In this example, we would deposit $660 into your account! This is free poker money that you can use immediately.
Can I get rakeback at a site where I already have an account?
Poker rooms sometimes make exceptions based on the circumstances, so feel free to contact us support@pokeraffiliateresource.com.

What is the difference between contributed and shared rake calculation?
The contributed rake calculation is determined by the amount of money you put into the pot.
Ex: The pot grows to $50 and you contributed $20 to the pot. In this case you contributed 40% of the money in the pot.
The shared rake calculation considers only the amount of money in the pot and how many players were in the hand.
Ex: You were 1 of 5 players dealt into the hand, you were responsible for 20% of the pot even if you did not put any money into the pot.

Can I still receive bonuses with rakeback?
Yes! The bonuses offered by the poker rooms are in addition to our great rakeback offers. The bonuses are deducted from your rake, and there are usually clearing requirements that must be met before you receive rakeback.
The exciting part is that you will be eligible for rakeback, deposit bonuses, freerolls, rake races, and all other promotions we offer!
How often are my rakeback stats updated?
